Dr. John G. Kuna & Associates is pleased to invite nominations for a $5,000 scholarship to recognize an outstanding PIAA District 2 student-athlete graduating in 2026. We seek to honor a student who demonstrates exceptional academic achievement, athletic excellence, and meaningful contributions to their community.If you are a graduating senior or know a graduating senior who exemplifies these qualities, we encourage you to submit a nomination using the form provided below. Scholarship Nominee Qualifications

To qualify you/the nominee must:

•Be a PA District 2 High School Senior Athlete who is graduating in 2026 and taking the next step to attend Postsecondary Education.•Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.•Is considered by their teammates and coaches to be a positive and supportive team player.•The athlete must upload a 3 minute video of themselves describing the above qualifications. Video can be taken with a smartphone or any digital camera.•The athlete must submit the names of 3 people who we can contact with questions regarding the qualifications listed above.Note: Students must upload video and references AT THE TIME nomination is submittedThe deadline to submit nominations/videos is October 20, 2025
Winner will be announced and contacted on October 27, 2025. Funds will be deposited directly to the school of choice.
